D-labs it specialises in Magento 2 development, hosting and support, based in the Netherlands. Reachable via info@dlabsit.nl.
2. What data do we collect?
Via our contact form: name, email address, company name, phone number and message content. We do not collect data via cookies, trackers or third-party analytics tools.
3. What do we use your data for?
Exclusively to respond to your enquiry. Your data is not shared with third parties, not used for marketing, and not sold.
4. Retention period
No longer than necessary to handle your enquiry, and in any case no longer than 12 months after last contact.
5. Cloudflare Turnstile
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical data for this purpose in accordance with its own privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Send an email to info@dlabsit.nl. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
The website uses HTTPS. Access to your data is restricted to authorised persons. We take appropriate technical measures to protect your data.
8. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
9. Changes
We reserve the right to amend this policy. The most current version is always on this page.
